Our product is obtained by grinding at low mixing temperatures, achieving a characteristic flavour with excellent nutritional attributes. By maintaining the right temperatures, all the aromas and polyphenolic compounds (antioxidants) are preserved, as well as avoiding excessive bitterness and spiciness: we obtain balanced, fruity oils.
Multivarietal extra virgin olive oil, coming from 4 native varieties of Jaén, from the mountain areas: Picual (85%), Cornezuelo (10%), Manzanilla of Jaén (3%) and Lechín of Jaén (2%).
An intense yellow colour, with fresh grass aromas, tomato plant, fig leaf, artichoke and green banana. Almond and aromatic herbs nuances can be observed.
